Controlling the morphology, composition and crystal structure in gold-seeded GaAs1-xSbx nanowires

GaAs1-x Sbx nanowires show zinc blende twin free structure at low TMSb flow while high TMSb flow results in inclined faults and nanowire kinking thanks to its surfactant role. Increase of wetting angle is observed, replying the change of surface energy.
