The defect level of graphene foam is determined by evaluating its residual thermal reffusivity ([capital Theta]0) at the 0 K limit. [capital Theta]0 is 1878 s m-2, about 16-43-fold higher than that of pyrolytic graphite. The average Debye temperature of the graphene foam is determined as 1813 K.
