An innovative pre-targeting system based on artificial "biotinylated transferrin-avidin-biotinylated peptide" interaction was established, which was achievable for the tumor cell fluorescence imaging and thereafter targeting therapy from biotinylated pro-apoptotic peptide nano-vesicles.
