BaTiO3 NPs permanently capped with PS chains were synthesized. Vertically oriented PS nanocylinders containing PS-capped BaTiO3 NPs were then yielded. The dielectric properties of ferroelectric nanocomposites are dependent on the molecular weight of PS-b-PMMA and the size of BaTiO3 NPs.
