The excellent catalytic performance for toluene oxidation of 0.90Au1Pd2/CZY is attributed to its high adsorbed oxygen species concentration, good low-temperature reducibility, and strong noble metal alloy-CZY nanorod interaction as well as good dispersion of noble metal alloy nanoparticles.
