Core-shell polymer nanoparticles for prevention of GSH drug detoxification and cisplatin delivery to breast cancer cells

New polymer-cisplatin core-shell nanoparticles were custom designed based on biodegradable block copolymers, and this new nanodrug was found to be resistant to cytoplasmic thiols GSH against drug detoxification and facilitated 100% cell death in breast cancer cells.
