A dual-stimuli-responsive fluorescent switch ultrathin film based on spiropyran, riboflavin and LDH nanoplatelets was fabricated following three steps by employing the layer-by-layer technique, which exhibited a reversible three-state switchable multicolor luminescence by stimulating with UV/Vis light and different pH.
