The present study demonstrates successful synthesis of fluorescent polymeric nanoparticles with 110 nm diameter by easy approach having surface di-ketone functionality for covalent immobilization of antibodies. Fluorescent intensity of particles was 10 times higher than that of soluble dye with the same concentration.
