Cux O/multilayer graphene composites have been synthesized using a facile process, in which nanoflower-like Cux O grows in situ in the interlayers of inexpensive activated expanded graphite. The composites have superior room temperature NOx gas sensing performance with low detection limit, high response and short response time.
