Large hexagonal graphene domains merged with the same angle are synthesized by chemical vapor deposition using a heteroepitaxial Cu film. The domain interfaces are investigated by AFM, Raman mapping, and transport measurements. The intra-domain showed higher carrier mobility than the inter-domain with different temperature dependence of the mobility.
