MoS2 nanoresonators: intrinsically better than graphene?

MoS2 nanoresonators exhibit higher quality factors than graphene by at least a factor of four below room temperature, owing to the preserving mechanism induced by the large energy gap in the phonon dispersion of MoS2 .
