Flexible printed top-gate SWCNT TFT and inverter arrays, and five-stage ring oscillators are fabricated on PET substrates. The frequency of the printed five-stage ring oscillators can reach 1.7 kHz at a supply voltage of 2 V with per stage delay times of 58.8 [small mu ]s.
