Sensing extremely limited H2 contents by Pd nanogap connected to an amorphous InGaZnO thin-film transistor

We demonstrate an ultrasensitive hydrogen sensor composed of Pd nanogap and IGZO TFT. It significantly enhances the hydrogen-detection signal and speed, clearly resolving a minimum hydrogen content, 0.05% or less.
